Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
Legal terms, privacy, cookies, payments, refunds, printing, and third-party services for Page Sake by Online Ocigrup SL.
Last updated
Last updated and effective date: 15 May 2026.
These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to Page Sake, the personalized book creation service operated by Online Ocigrup SL. By using Page Sake, you agree to these terms and to any additional policies displayed during checkout or in the builder.
Service
Page Sake lets customers create personalized digital books, print-ready files, and optional printed books using guided forms, uploaded content, generated text, generated images, and production tools.
You are responsible for the names, prompts, photos, instructions, files, and other content you provide. You confirm that you have all rights and permissions needed to upload and use that content, including consent from any person whose likeness, name, story, or personal information appears in a project.
Acceptable use
- The minimum age to use Page Sake is 16 years. Users under 16 may only use the service with verifiable parental or guardian consent. By using Page Sake you confirm you are at least 16 years old or have obtained the required parental consent.
- Do not use Page Sake for unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, deceptive, infringing, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, exploitative, or privacy-invasive content.
- Do not upload content involving minors unless you are a parent, legal guardian, or otherwise have lawful authority and the content is appropriate for a personalized book product.
- Do not impersonate others, create misleading identity claims, upload sensitive personal information that is not needed for the order, scrape the service, bypass security, reverse engineer non-public systems, or overload our infrastructure.
- We may refuse, remove, suspend, or report content or accounts when needed to comply with law, protect users, protect third-party rights, or enforce these terms.
- If your content or account is removed or suspended, you may contact info@ocigrup.com to request a review. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, generally within 15 business days. Final decisions remain at Page Sake's discretion and will be communicated with a reason.
Generated content and licensing
Subject to completed payment and compliance with these terms, you receive full commercial rights to the final digital book files we deliver, including the right to sell, distribute, publish, print, resell, gift in any quantity, monetize, and use your created books in marketing without requiring written permission from us. These rights include selling on platforms such as Amazon KDP, Etsy, or similar marketplaces, printing and reselling copies, and using final files for commercial promotions. Online Ocigrup SL retains no ownership over user-created final outputs. These rights do not apply to content that violates the acceptable use terms.
You grant Online Ocigrup SL a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process and transmit solely as technically required to deliver the service, provide support, improve safety and reliability, comply with law, and enforce these terms. We do not use your uploaded photos, prompts, or personal content to train AI models. We do not display or share your project content publicly without your explicit consent. This license terminates when your account is deleted or your files are removed, subject to legal retention obligations.
Book content may include AI-generated text and images. AI providers used may change over time. Current providers may include but are not limited to Google Vertex AI, OpenRouter, and xAI. AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be unique, original, or free from similarities to other outputs, and may contain errors, artifacts, unexpected similarities, or unsuitable details. We recommend noting "Created with AI assistance" where required by platform rules or applicable law.
You confirm that you have reviewed and approved all generated content before downloading, printing, sharing, or publishing. You accept full legal responsibility for the content you create, including AI-generated text and images produced from your prompts and inputs. Page Sake is a tool, not a publisher or co-author, and bears no editorial responsibility for the final output.
You are responsible for ensuring your book does not infringe third-party copyright, trademarks, personality rights, privacy rights, or other rights, and for meeting any regulatory requirements in your jurisdiction for commercial use, including ISBN, legal deposit, advertising disclosures, or platform-specific notices. Online Ocigrup SL is not liable for any commercial, legal, or reputational consequences arising from content the user creates, approves, downloads, or publishes.
Payments, Stripe, and no refund policy
Payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe may collect and process payment details, billing information, fraud signals, tax information, and transaction metadata under its own terms and privacy policy. Page Sake does not store full card numbers on its servers.
Because Page Sake begins personalized digital production immediately after purchase and incurs generation, processing, and preparation costs, all purchases are final and non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law. By purchasing, you request immediate performance and acknowledge that any statutory withdrawal right may be lost once production begins.
If a technical delivery issue occurs, contact us so we can reasonably attempt to fix delivery, regenerate failed files, or provide access to the purchased digital output. This does not create a right to refund for subjective dissatisfaction, prompt choices, uploaded content quality, or changed plans.
Credits
Builder credits are account-level credits, not book-specific credits. Credits granted or purchased for one book are added to your user wallet and may be used for eligible modifications, regenerations, or other supported credit-based actions on any book in the same account.
Credits have no cash value, are not a stored-value payment instrument, are not transferable between users, and are not redeemable for money except where required by mandatory law. We may adjust, reverse, or restore credits where needed to correct technical errors, failed operations, fraud, abuse, or duplicate transactions.
Printing and service
Printed book production, print-ready interiors, covers, bundles, and related specifications may be prepared for printing workflows or services. Lulu is a third-party print provider and may apply its own production requirements, timelines, policies, and quality tolerances.
Printed products depend on final page count, size, cover setup, uploaded assets, print provider availability, shipping carriers, and destination rules. We are not responsible for delays, customs issues, carrier failures, or print-provider changes outside our reasonable control.
Before ordering a printed book, you must review and approve the digital book, cover, print-ready files, text, images, page order, spelling, layout, bleed, margins, and any other content or production details. We are not responsible for user-approved errors, omissions, typos, image artifacts, layout issues, prompt mistakes, or other defects that you did not review before publishing the digital book or sending the physical book to print.
File hosting and expiration policy
Completed Builder projects keep high-resolution and editable source files for one year after completion. During this period, you should download your master backup and any final files you want to keep permanently.
We may send retention reminders around month 9 and again approximately 30 days before source files expire. After expiration, editable/high-resolution source files and project source directories may be archived or deleted to manage storage, while PDF exports and low-resolution PDF previews may remain available in your library when technically possible.
Expired, archived, or deleted source files may not be recoverable. You are responsible for downloading and preserving your final digital book, print-ready files, and backups before the expiration date.

Privacy: how we use and share information
We use information to provide Page Sake, authenticate users, process orders, generate and deliver files, support customers, secure the service, prevent abuse, improve reliability, comply with legal obligations, and understand product performance.
Our GDPR legal bases include: account creation and login for contract performance; order processing and delivery for contract performance; customer support for contract performance and legitimate interest; security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection for legitimate interest; non-cookie operational analytics and product improvement for legitimate interest; optional Google Analytics cookies and related tags based on consent where required; legal compliance and record retention for legal obligation; and marketing emails, if any, for consent. You may withdraw consent at any time where consent is the legal basis, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
We share information with service providers only as needed for these purposes, including hosting, storage, email delivery, analytics, payment processing, AI generation providers, PDF and image processing, printing workflows such as Lulu, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and business operations.
Third-party services integrated with Page Sake process data under their own terms and privacy policies. Depending on your use, these may include Google Analytics, Google/Vertex AI services, OpenRouter, xAI, Stripe, Lulu, email providers, hosting, storage, and logging providers.
Cookies, sessions, and Google Analytics
Page Sake uses necessary cookies and similar technologies for sessions, login, cart, checkout, security, localization, and core site functionality. Disabling necessary cookies may prevent the service from working.
We may use Google Analytics and related Google tags to understand traffic, checkout and builder events, device information, pages viewed, referral source, and usage patterns. Google may process this information according to Google's own policies. You can control cookies through your browser and, where available, Google analytics opt-out tools.
Our cookie banner includes a custom cookie preferences widget for necessary and optional analytics cookies. Google Consent Mode v2 is used to set analytics consent according to your choice; advertising storage, ad user data, and ad personalization are denied because we do not use advertising cookies or personalized ads.
Data retention, security, and international transfers
We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the service, complete orders, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, satisfy legal obligations, and operate backups and security logs. Retention periods vary by data type and operational need.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own where our providers or systems operate.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, receive a portable copy of your data, withdraw consent, or complain to a supervisory authority. To make a request, contact info@ocigrup.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required by law or legitimate business needs.
In Spain, the supervisory authority is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD). You have the right to lodge a complaint with the AEPD at aepd.es if you believe your data protection rights have been violated.
Intellectual property and takedowns
Page Sake, its software, design, workflows, templates, branding, and site content are owned by Online Ocigrup SL or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, frame, scrape, or exploit the service except as expressly allowed.
If you believe content created or hosted through Page Sake infringes your rights, contact info@ocigrup.com with enough information for us to identify the material and evaluate the request.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Page Sake is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We disclaim warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free output.
Generated books and print files may contain mistakes, omissions, hallucinations, spelling errors, visual artifacts, formatting issues, or unsuitable content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving the final digital book and any print-ready files before download, publication, distribution, sale, or printing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Online Ocigrup SL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, lost profits, data loss, substitute services, print costs, marketplace penalties, takedowns, reputational harm, or claims arising from your reliance on generated content or from errors you did not review before publishing or printing. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order or EUR 100, whichever is greater.
Changes, termination, and contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms. We may suspend or terminate access when needed to protect the service, comply with law, or enforce these terms.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise. If you are an EU consumer, you may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
